Definition

“In a classic way, the cadastre is considered as “the civil status of land ownership”

“More precisely, it can be defined as “the general inventory of built and unbuilt buildings in a municipal territory, individualized in their consistency, thanks to a planimetric representation of their parcel, in their economic utility (yield) and in their ownership, in order to provide the administration with an estimate sufficiently accurate to distribute the taxes on land property fairly. ”

“This inventory most often results in the establishment of graphic documentation (cadastral plans) and literal documentation (registers, files).”

Cadastral income

Cadastral Income is the theoretical rental value of a property over a period of one year. In other words, it is the average normal net annual income that a homeowner can expect to obtain from his or her built or unbuilt building.
